Want to add listings to Crexi? First, your profile will need to be registered as a Listing Broker (for sales) or Landlord Broker (for lease). Check to make sure you've completed this step before adding a listing. We do allow

Log into your Crexi account or create an account if you don't have one.

  1. Hover over My Crexi in the top right corner.

  2. Select Account Settings.

  3. Go to Industry Roles and select Listing Broker (Sale) and/or Landlord Broker (Lease).

  4. Be sure to complete the broker profile below to complete your profile.

We do also allow owners to list properties for lease on the platform. Be sure to add +Owner to your profile in order to list properties for lease. We currently do not let owners list properties on our sale side.
