Learn how to use our AI script tool to create marketing descriptions for your listings

  1. Go to Crexi My Listings

  2. Select "Edit Property" on the listing you'd like to edit

  3. First, you must upload a PDF flyer or OM in step 5. OM/Flyer

  4. Next, go to step 3. Description within the sale property and select "Use AI Script"

  5. Allow the system a few seconds to generate your AI marketing description. From there you have the ability to easily copy and paste the marketing description into your listing or generate a new description with a click of a button.
