 Select "Edit Property" on the listing you'd like to edit

First, you must upload a PDF flyer or OM in step 5. OM/Flyer

Next, go to step 3. Description within the sale property and select "Use AI Script"

 Allow the system a few seconds to generate your AI marketing description.  From there you have the ability to easily copy and paste the marketing description into your listing or generate a new description with a click of a button.
