How to Use Crexi’s AI Marketing Description Tool
Step 1: Click the menu button in the top left corner.
Step 2: Select My Listings from the menu.
Step 3: In your My Listings Dashboard, choose the listing you want to update. Click Edit Listing for that property.
Step 4: Go to the Media and Description section. (Make sure a PDF flyer/OM are uploaded
Step 5: Scroll down to the Marketing Description section and click Generate Description.
Step 6: Edit the generated description as needed. You can revert to a previous version or regenerate a new description at any time.
