What is the Integrations Hub beta?

Crexi’s Integrations Hub beta connects the tools you already use—starting with CRM platforms and expanding into file storage, e-signature, and communication tools. These integrations reduce manual work, streamline workflows, and make Crexi even more valuable in your day-to-day.

What are CRM integrations?

CRM integrations allow you to automatically sync new Crexi leads—including contact details and listing engagement—directly into your CRM. No manual entry or data exports needed.


This feature is part of the Integrations Hub beta, our growing ecosystem of tools designed to connect Crexi with the platforms that power your business.

Who can use CRM integrations?

Our beta CRM integrations are currently available to select users with eligible Crexi PRO or Enterprise plans. Each integration is connected to a single user’s Crexi + CRM account—ideal for brokers, admins, or individual team members.


What lead data is synced?

We sync the following fields from Crexi to your CRM:

  • First & Last Name

  • Email & Phone Number

  • Company & Industry Role

  • Property Name, ID, and Address

  • Level of Interest

  • Last Action Date

  • Lead Source (Crexi)

This data helps you track engagement and follow up with high-intent leads directly from your CRM.


Is the sync one-way or two-way?

The sync is currently one-way only: Crexi → CRM.


Crexi does not pull or store any data from your CRM.


When does a lead sync?

A lead is synced when a user engages with one of your listings—such as viewing a flyer or submitting interest. Most leads sync in real time, typically within seconds.


Can I sync historical leads?

Not yet. During beta, only new leads captured after integration setup are synced. Support for historical sync is on our roadmap.


How do I set it up? (currently only available to select beta users)

Setting up a CRM integration is fast and code-free:

  1. Go to the Integrations tab in your Crexi account (only

  2. Select your CRM

  3. Log in securely via OAuth

  4. Choose your record type and mapped fields

  5. Start syncing new leads automatically

Can I map custom fields?

Currently, only standard CRM fields are supported.

Can my entire team use a shared connection?

Not at this time. CRM integrations are 1:1—each team member needs their own PRO account and their own CRM login.


Is my data secure?

Yes. Security is a top priority. Here’s how we protect your data:

  • OAuth 2.0 login—no passwords shared or stored

  • End-to-end encryption

  • Only your Crexi lead data is shared

  • We do not access or store your CRM data

Can I disconnect or switch CRMs?

Yes. You can disconnect at any time via the Integrations tab.

You can also switch CRMs by disconnecting your current one and setting up a new connection.


What happens if a sync fails?

Crexi automatically retries failed syncs. Common issues include:

  • Expired login token

  • Duplicate records

  • Missing required fields

  • Format mismatches
