Top prospects are principals (buyers) from your Contacts database on Crexi that we match to a newly activated listing
The match score is based on the following factors
- The buyer is in your contact database
- The buyer consistently engages in similar properties on Crexi
- The buyer performs high levels of engagement on similar properties such as submitting offers, downloading due diligence or downloading OMs
- The buyer logs in to Crexi on a regular basis

For users who have created listings in the past, whenever you add an additional listing, you'll get a list of the BEST prospects for that listing within 24 hours!
