Learn how to quickly edit a sales listing status, price, and details on Crexi.

How to Edit a Sale Listing on Crexi

Step 1: Click the menu button in the top left corner.

Step 2: Select My Listings from the menu.

Step 3: To update the listing status, click the dropdown arrow next to the current status and select the new status you want.

Step 4: Update the asking price directly from this page if needed.

Step 5: To adjust other details, click Edit Property next to your listing.

Step 6: Once you’re finished, click Save in the top right corner to apply updates instantly.

Step 7: Use the filters at the top of the My Listings Dashboard to search listings by broker, agent, or by specific status like Draft, Active, or Sold.
