Instantly get a visual of how well your email marketing initiatives are performing with CREXi’s new Marketing Performance Feature. This feature shows you the total reach that is attributed to a specific property email campaign.
The new Marketing Performance Feature visually displays the results of email marketing initiatives with a trend line showing how the number of property listing page views driven through email improves or declines over time.
As you can see from the screenshot below, the marketing dashboard features a trend line with orange beacons representing each email campaign sent. This information helps you answer questions like “How many page visits resulted from an email?” and “What email marketing campaigns have been the most effective at driving traffic to my listing page?”
The box highlighted in the bottom right corner shows you the total Marketing Reach (the new term for “visits”). This visual, easy-to-read box includes all email performance tracking, in addition to providing stats for:
- Number of emails sent
- Number of emails delivered
- Open rate
- Click rate
*These stats are particularly important for maintaining accurate contact lists. If you are sending an email to 10,000 contacts and only 5,000 are being delivered, its a good indication your list needs updating. Click here for more information on Email Marketing Best Practices.
