The Messages Portal is like your dedicated Crexi email server. All direct messages from brokers, property alerts and notification are aggregated here. You can get there by selecting the envelope icon or by hovering over My Crexi and selecting into the Messages section.
Email notifications are also sent through the Messages Portal, allowing users to be promptly informed of any inquiries on their listings. Additionally, the portal consolidates lead generation notifications, ensuring users have a clear overview of interactions. Direct messages from brokers also appear here, streamlining communication.
