- A Crexi representative will contact you to confirm your registration details for the purchase documents. The document package will be then sent to you via Docusign. Please sign the purchase documents as soon as possible. If you have not already spoken with a CREXi representative, please contact crexicontracts@crexi.com & reference the property address.
- Earnest Money Deposit should be initiated without delay. The wire instructions for your assigned escrow company are located on page two (2) of the electronic contracts package sent to you via DocuSign. Please email confirmation of your wire confirmation or Federal Reference Number to crexicontracts@crexi.com.
- Please familiarize yourself with the Closing Portal now available to you on your CREXi.com account. This is where all closing communications and documents will be stored.
