What is the Crexi Listing API?

The Crexi Listing API is a 1-way data sync that allows qualifying organizations to automatically push their listings onto Crexi.com. Once integrated, any listings added or updated on your end will sync to Crexi, providing your members or agents with maximum listing exposure and visibility — with no manual work required.

Who is the Listing API For?

The Listing API is designed for large-scale data partners who manage listings in volume, including:

  • MLS organizations and Realtor® Associations
  • Large brokerages and franchise networks
  • Real estate data providers

Individual brokers or agents looking to get listings on Crexi don't need API access. See the options below that are faster and easier for your needs.

The easiest way to get your listings on Crexi is to send your listing flyer, marketing materials, or website link directly to our Listings Team at listings@crexi.com — we'll handle the rest at no cost. 

You can also build your listings on the website yourself here.

I want to display my Crexi listings on my own website

How the Listing API Works (For Qualifying Partners)

  1. Reach out to integrations@crexi.com to discuss your organization's setup and confirm eligibility
  2. Complete the required data and legal review process, including execution of a Listing API agreement
  3. Work with the Crexi integrations team to connect your data feed (RESO, RETS, WebAPI, XML, etc.)
  4. Receive your API token and begin testing in the Crexi staging environment
  5. Set a go-live date and launch — Crexi will provide onboarding materials and member communication templates to support your rollout
  6. Optional: Schedule a member webinar with the Crexi team for a live demo and Q&A
