Updates to Property Pages: What’s New and How It Helps You

We’ve made some exciting updates to the property pages - the pages where you view all the details about a property, whether it’s a listing, record, or comp. We call these Property Detail Pages (PDPs), and they’re where most of your research and decision-making happens.

Based on your feedback, these updates are designed to help you find the right information faster, stay in your workflow, and make confident decisions.

Here are the top 5 improvements you’ll notice:

1. Record Tabs

We wanted to make it easier for you to see every type of information we have on a property, so we added Record Tabs at the top of the property page.

Now you can quickly switch between views like a For Sale or Auction listing, Sale comp or lease data, or the Property Record itself - all without having to backtrack or search again.

Why It Matters:

  • All available record types are grouped in one place.
  • Move seamlessly between listings, comps, and records.
  • Stay in your workflow without losing context.

2. At-a-Glance Details

We wanted to make it easier to spot the most important information right away, so we introduced an updated “At-a-Glance” section on property pages to include up to 12 key fields.

Why It Matters:

  • See high-impact details as soon as you land on a page.
  • Quickly decide if a property fits your needs.
  • Customize which 12 details show, so the section reflects what’s most relevant to you.

3. Listing Contacts

We wanted to make broker outreach easier, so we added both phone numbers and email addresses to the “Listing Contacts” section, organized in a clean carousel when several contacts are included on a listing.

Why It Matters:

  • Choose the best way to connect - by phone or email.
  • Easily view all team members attached to a listing without missing anyone.

4. Map on Property Pages

We wanted you to explore properties and their surroundings without leaving the page, so we brought the “Interactive Map” experience directly onto the property page, including our detailed demographic overlays.

Why It Matters:

  • Explore nearby properties right from the listing page.

  • Use all your familiar map tools - demographic overlays, parcel details, and Google satellite view - without leaving your workflow.

5. Consistent Layout Across Pages

We wanted to make navigation simpler, so we standardized the layout across all property pages - whether you’re viewing a Marketplace listing (For Sale, Lease, or Auction), a Property Record, or a Comp.

Why It Matters:

  • It’s now easier than ever to find the information you need, with a consistent experience across pages
  • Spend less time adjusting to different layouts and more time analyzing property details to find your next opportunity.
