Private Label Listing

Want to be able to market your listing(s) off-market to a private group of users? As a PRO member, you have the ability to work with your dedicated Customer Success Manager to setup a private label listing. These listings will not be visible within Crexi search results.

PRO users will have the ability to select from various access options below:

  • Open (anyone with the private listing URL can view the property)

  • Login (the user must create and/or login to their Crexi account to view the property)

  • CA (the user must login and execute a confidentiality agreement to view the property)

  • Fee Agreement (the user must login and agree to your fee agreement to view the property)
